How to Request Deletion
- Email support@pocketaimechanic.com.
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- Include the sign-in email or provider user ID used in the app so the account can be identified.
What Gets Deleted
- Account profile records stored by our backend where applicable.
- Associated cloud-stored vehicle and diagnosis data tied to that account.
What May Remain
- Minimal technical logs retained temporarily for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
- Local data on your device until you uninstall the app or clear local app data.
Timeline
We aim to process valid requests within 30 days.
Confirmation
We will confirm once deletion is complete or if additional verification is needed before processing the request.
